Orders may have a processing time of 5 business days during the peak holiday shopping season. Once shipped a tracking number will be emailed to you.
- USA: FREE SHIPPING OVER $29.99. We ship from our warehouse near the geographic center of the USA every business day, allowing 3-6day shipping to many domestic locations.
- GLOBAL SHIPPING: It will cost a global shipping fee depends on the shipping county.
NOTE: The destination costom may collect certain amount of import duty, this is determined by local policy, we will not be in charge for that.
RETURN
- Cancellation: We accept order cancellations before the product is shipped or produced. If the order is cancelled you will get a full refund. We cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out.
- Return: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on our products without any quality and shipping issues. We want to ensure that all customers receive products that meet the highest standards of safety and cleanliness.
- Damaged/incorrect Product and Shipping Issue: Please send us an an email with a photo of the damaged or incorrect lashes along with your order number, and we’ll make it right by sending a replacement or issuing a refund based on your preference. All items (excluding final sale items) are eligible for a refund or reship within 14 days of delivery.
How to apply
- Setup: Curl up your natural lashes with eyelash curler. Pinch the lash cluster with your fingers and carefully take it off the tray.
- Bond: Apply a thin layer of lash bond under your natural lashes, wait 30-35 seconds
- Lash: Use tweezers to position the lash clusters and press them down to keep them in place.
- Fuse and Seal: Apply a thin layer of lash seal at the base of your lashes, wait 30-35 seconds, then use tweezers to press the lash clusters into place and strengthen the seal.
HOW TO REMOVE
- Put uCoolMe Remover on the top of your lashes.
- Wait 30-35 seconds for it to work.
- Carefully take off the extensions without pulling.
- Brush your natural lashes to get rid of any leftover glue.

Best clusters I've tried and so pretty and feel natural. Cutest styles too! I've tried a few and i love the fact that they come in "short".
Honestly as soon as I saw these on someone’s reel, I immediately went to buy them. SO worth it. I used to spend over $200 on extensions for them to literally start falling out the next day. My first time applying these they lasted 5 days. Amazing. And they look better than when I went to the salon to get them done. Will be buying again. LOVE!!!

These are just as cute as all the TikTok’s you’ve watched. They are just a tad more expensive than the ones I usually buy but they are a little bigger so I don’t have to use as many. Good balance between dramatic but not overly fake. Great curl.
