RETURNs
- Cancellation: We accept order cancellations before the product is shipped or produced. If the order is cancelled you will get a full refund. We cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out.
- Return: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on our products without any quality and shipping issues. We want to ensure that all customers receive products that meet the highest standards of safety and cleanliness.
- Damaged/incorrect Product and Shipping Issue: Please send us an an email with a photo of the damaged or incorrect lashes along with your order number, and we’ll make it right by sending a replacement or issuing a refund based on your preference. All items (excluding final sale items) are eligible for a refund or reship within 14 days of delivery.
How to apply
- Setup: Curl up your natural lashes with eyelash curler. Pinch the lash cluster with your fingers and carefully take it off the tray.
- Bond: Apply a thin layer of lash bond under your natural lashes, wait 30-35 seconds
- Lash: Use tweezers to position the lash clusters and press them down to keep them in place.
- Fuse and Seal: Apply a thin layer of lash seal at the base of your lashes, wait 30-35 seconds, then use tweezers to press the lash clusters into place and strengthen the seal.
HOW TO REMOVE
- Put uCoolMe Remover on the top of your lashes.
- Wait 30-35 seconds for it to work.
- Carefully take off the extensions without pulling.
- Brush your natural lashes to get rid of any leftover glue.

I was looking for something to replace my hybrid-looking strip lashes. I’ve never worn cluster lashes until now and I love them. They’re so lightweight I barely remember I have them on. Not too dramatic, but definitely more noticeable than a “classic” lash. Still working on my application for the best retention, but on my first try they lasted five days before I took them off and tried again (using UCoolMe lash bond and seal). I probably could have worn them longer as it took a while to take them off with the lash remover without ripping my natural lashes off. Following the packaged instructions kept the whole process clean. Sometimes I worry that they might rip in half when I handle them with tweezers, but they’ve proven to be more resilient than they look.
